how i plan to achieve this goal: i plan to achieve my goal by going for a run at least 6 times a week. the block around my house is about the same as an athletic track
The press ups: Goal: 20 push ups
my amount of push ups: 15 push ups
how i plan to achieve this goal: i plan to achieve this goal by doing upper body workouts at least 3-4 times a week (chest, triceps, shoulders, biceps, back)

Great! Really focus on that run. No pain no gain. You will have to do high duration, low intensity running to improve your aerobic systems
