frontline policing

Frontline policing




I have chosen to do road policing with the direction to go to frontline policing because I like because I like the idea of making the community and our roads safer for our up and coming generation. I am also passionate about helping our Maori people stop begging for money off the side of the roads because I believe that they should be giving more opportunities rather than relying on little jobs around the streets for example window washing etc, which only gives them just enough money for food to feed them or their family.

I would also like to help out with the child protection multi-agency centre (Puawaitahi) because I am against violence and child abuse because I believe that our kids are so innocent and don't really know what goes on around them.

FITNESS GOAL: 

The run: 12 mins 54 secs
my time: 19 mins 45 secs
how i plan to achieve this goal: i plan to achieve my goal by going for a run at least 6 times a week. the block around my house is about the same as an athletic track


The press ups: Goal: 20 push ups
my amount of push ups: 15 push ups
how i plan to achieve this goal: i plan to achieve this goal by doing upper body workouts at least 3-4 times a week (chest, triceps, shoulders, biceps, back)


The vertical jump: 40cm and above (achieved)
